In this model you can hire out designer (s) from us at fixed monthly costs and treat them as your own extended employees. Major highlights of the model are:
- Each developer works for 8 hours per day (Mon-Fri) and 4 hours on Saturday, summing up to 44 hours per week and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of production per month. The developer is entitled for all national and public holidays as per Rightway's holiday policy.
- The work is carried on between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri) and 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Sat) at our development center in Bangladesh.
- The term of the service is 3 months minimum.
- The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
- If the developer goes on leave or is not working on a day, then that many hours will be reserved for you, and you can utilize them on any weekend or holiday. In case the hours are not utilized the billing will be reduced proportionately.
- All the project management control lies with you.
- You can communicate with developers through Email, Chat and Phone.
Hourly Hiring
In this model you hire the developer on hourly basis. You pay for the number of hours the developers has worked for you according to the hourly developer rate.
